Paul J. Wiltjer (PJ) - President & Owner
One of the co-founders of P & C Trucking, PJ has grown up in the trucking business. He started as a driver, and is currently President of the corporation.
Norman L. Brown - General Manager
Norm came to work at P & C in 2002 as a Driver. Shortly after, he was promoted to Dispatcher. With over 19 years of experience in the transportation industry, Norm now oversees the daily operations of P & C — including dispatch, human resources, safety compliance, Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations, contract negotiations, and customer pricing.
Joel E. Gorecki - Controller / Financial Officer
Joel joined P & C in early 2007. With over 18 years of experience experience in the solid waste and transportation industries, he oversees all company expenditures, equipment financing, corporate insurance, and financial reporting. Joel also works with Norm Brown on customer pricing.
Robert H. Sons - Maintenance Director
Rob began his career with P & C in 1991 as a Driver. After 10 successful years driving, he took over the position of Maintenance Director in September 2001. Rob is responsible for all shop and routine maintenance on all company trucks and trailers, as well as repairs for outside customers.
Donna J. Synder - Bookkeeping / Payroll
Donna has been with P & C since 1998, and specializes in payroll, benefits, accounts payable, fuel taxes, and sales taxes.
